"But it ain't just about how you just praise him in the building
It's about how you praisin' him while you out.
You taught me to remember that when I get set back
Been through the worst times to get the best back
Wishin' for a time machine to jet back
To my all time low self and throw me a jetpack." ✈️🎒
Happy Sunday Everyone 👋🏻
There is just something undeniable about the power of music and the way it always seems to meet us exactly where we are in life.
If you only read those lyrics 👆🏼 I would encourage you to listen to at least the first verse. The story in his words "wishing for a Time Machine to get back, to my all time low self and throw me a jet pack." is something that really resonates with me.
Life is full of so much pain and trauma, and there are moments in my life that I wish I could go back, even if just for 30 seconds to let myself know I'm going to be okay.
What age would you go back in time to talk to yourself and what would you say?

Interesting Fact
Did you know that there are more trees on Earth than there are stars in the Milky Way galaxy? While it's difficult to estimate the exact number of trees, recent studies suggest that there are over 3 trillion trees on our planet, compared to an estimated 100 billion stars in the Milky Way.
This fact not only highlights the incredible biodiversity of our planet but also underscores the vital role that trees play in supporting life on Earth. From producing oxygen and providing habitat for countless species to mitigating climate change and beautifying our landscapes, trees are truly remarkable organisms that deserve our admiration and protection.
So, the next time you find yourself walking through a forest or admiring a tree-lined street, take a moment to appreciate the majesty and importance of these ancient, life-giving giants. They are not only a source of inspiration but also a reminder of the interconnectedness of all living things on our planet.
Weekly Challenge:
To build on the journal prompt from earlier. Imagine if you could go back in time and give your younger self advice. What would you say? What wisdom would you impart? This week's challenge is all about reflecting on the lessons you've learned in life and sharing them with your past self.
Step 1: Reflect on Your Journey
Take some time to reflect on your life journey so far. Think about the challenges you've faced, the mistakes you've made, and the lessons you've learned along the way. Consider how these experiences have shaped you into the person you are today.
Step 2: Write a Letter to Your Younger Self
Imagine you have the opportunity to send a letter back in time to your younger self. What advice would you give? What encouragement would you offer? Write a heartfelt letter to your past self, sharing the wisdom and insights you've gained over the years.
Step 3: Share Your Letter
Once you've written your letter, share it with others. You can post it on social media, share it with friends and family, or even publish it on your blog. By sharing your letter, you not only reflect on your own journey but also inspire others to reflect on theirs.
Step 4: Take Action
Finally, think about how you can apply the advice you've given to your younger self to your life today. Are there any changes you want to make? Any goals you want to pursue? Use this challenge as an opportunity to take action and continue growing and evolving as a person.
